screener and custom what's in play sessions update every second

the screener and custom-session what's in play now refresh their live readings every second as ES, NQ and other markets trade. before this update, both refreshed once a minute, when each minute bar closed.

the change brings the screener and custom sessions in line with standard what's in play, which moved to one-second updates on october 19. it covers the stock and futures screener and custom sessions for futures.

historical data and completed readings work exactly as before. only the live, in-session view gets faster.
