Algo configuration settings, including the strategy parameters you select within TradingView.

Your broker connection and trading data are used solely to facilitate the automated execution of trades you have configured. Edgeful does not exercise discretion over any trade, does not hold customer funds, and does not act as a broker or investment advisor.

These partners process data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

Broker and Trading Platforms: If you use our broker automation features, we transmit trade instructions to your connected broker (e.g., Tradovate, NinjaTrader, ProjectX) via secure API integration. We share only the information necessary to execute the trades you have configured. Edgeful does not hold customer funds.

These providers have access to your personal information only to the extent necessary to perform their services and are obligated to maintain its confidentiality.

When your personal information is no longer needed for these purposes, we will delete or anonymize it in accordance with applicable law. Specific retention periods may vary based on the type of data and the purpose for which it was collected.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption of sensitive data (including broker credentials such as API keys and tokens), secure data transmission protocols, and access controls. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.
