what it does
this indicator captures the closing price at a specific session time (default: New York 4 PM close) and draws it as a horizontal line that extends forward. the previous close often acts as a significant reference for gap analysis and mean reversion.
lines extend forward approximately 4 hours, and a new line is created each day. optional labels display 'prev close' with the price value for easy reference.
