NWOG reports now cover forex and crypto

the new week opening gap (NWOG) reports now run on forex and crypto, alongside futures. both the standard NWOG report and NWOG by weekday are available, so you can see how price behaves around the weekly gap in more markets.

all three markets use the same reference points: the Friday 5 PM ET close and the Sunday 6 PM ET open, with the fill window running Monday through Friday. the crypto report copy notes that those markets trade around the clock. stocks are not included in NWOG reports.
