four-hour initial balance range now available in IB reports

initial balance reports now offer a four-hour range in the IB dropdown. the selector previously stopped at three hours even though the four-hour data was already there.

traders who use a longer initial balance window for context can now pull four-hour IB stats straight from the reports, with no workaround.
