algo trade log now shows trades you close yourself, with P&L

the algo trade log now tracks positions you close yourself at your broker. a trade you close manually shows as "closed · outside algo" instead of staying "working" forever, and a late algo exit rejected because the position was already flat no longer leaves the trade marked "rejected".

manual closes also get a P&L figure. edgeful shows the gross P&L for the portion you closed, built from the actual fills your broker reports, and updates it if the broker sends a correction. if the algo already exited part of the position, the algo's own P&L is kept for those fills.

trades the algo closed itself are labeled correctly too. when the algo's exit order covered the full position before any outside close, the trade shows as an algo close with its P&L. a dash still appears when broker data is incomplete or ambiguous, for unsupported contracts, and on ProjectX accounts.
