algo templates add a drawdown-to-profit ratio column

the algo template table now includes a DD/profit % column: max drawdown divided by net profit over the full test window. it sits between max drawdown and number of trades, and a lower number means the template gave up less ground for each percent of profit in the historical data.

sort the column ascending to bring the templates with the smallest drawdown relative to profit to the top. templates where the ratio can't be calculated, such as those with zero profit, show a dash and sort to the bottom.
